What we do

Based on the needs of our audience, we design

and develop these types of training solutions:

* Instructor led training

* E-learning

* Job aids

* Brown bag seminars

* Workshops

Our focus is to ensure that our audience

is better equipped to do their job.

How we do it

We follow an instructional design process
known as the ADDIE model to design and
develop our training solutions.
(ADDIE: Analysis – Design – Develop –
Implement – Evaluate).

* Analysis –Each project starts with analyzing
   the audience learning needs, determining the
   business needs, stating the goals and objectives,
   and assess other relevant characteristics.

* Design – The next step is to formalize the
   learning objectives and create a proof of
   concept of the proposed training solution.
   Approval of the design by the stakeholders
   leads to the development phase.

* Development – Once the design has been
   approved we develop the training solution.
   This is an iterative process where we develop
   the training deliverables, subject matter
   experts and stakeholders review the content,
   and we revise the content based on feedback.

* Implement – This is the phase where the
   deliverables are made available to the
   audience. This could be delivering the
   workshop, facilitating a brown bag
   session, or posting the content to
   the Learning Zone.

* Evaluate – Once the training has been
   implemented, we evaluate its effectiveness
   so that we can improve our training solutions.

How We Deliver It

We pride ourselves on developing and
delivering state-of-the art e-learning
solutions. We can design and develop
e-learning modules for any audience,
including customers and merchants.

We offer audio narration, and graphic
and animation development.
You can host e-Learning modules on
your own portal, on www.paypal.com,
or on our LMS.

Depending on the complexity of the
training solution, it can take weeks
or months to complete a final product
depending on the complexity of the
deliverables.

Throughout the process,
we work closely with our stakeholders
and subject matter experts to ensure
that our content is accurate and
relevant. To learn more about
